Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the FluidWave mobile application and associated website (collectively, the "Service"), provided by LXP.Co ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of the Service immediately.

2. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use FluidWave solely for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control, in accordance with these Terms and any applicable app store rules.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the application
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without written consent
• Attempt to extract or access the source code of the app
• Use automated tools to scrape or interact with the Service

3. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

FluidWave offers optional in-app purchases and subscription plans (Pro Monthly, Pro Annual) through Google Play. All purchases are processed by Google Play and subject to Google's billing terms. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. We do not offer refunds outside of Google Play's standard refund policy.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service in any way that:

• Violates any applicable law or regulation
• Infringes the intellectual property rights of others
• Transmits malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Interferes with the proper functioning of the Service

5. Intellectual Property

All content within FluidWave, including but not limited to wallpapers, animations, graphics, logos, and software code, is the exclusive property of LXP.Co or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute this content without prior written permission.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates third-party services such as Google AdMob, Firebase Analytics, and Google Play Services. These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies, for which we are not responsible. Links to third-party websites within the Service are provided for convenience only.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LXP.Co shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

9. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
